Russian Pharmalicensing Group, LLC (RPhG), established in 2011, moved its headquarter and launched its re-branding in 2023.
In August 2023, due to ongoing global events developments in the world, made the strategic decision to set up a new legal entity called Pharmalicensing ONE, LLC (PhL1) in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, the Kyrgyz Republic is a former republic of the USSR, and one of the most innovation-oriented nations in Central Asia. Experts greatly appreciate the conducive and productive business climate for multiple industries.
Pharmalicensing ONE (PhL1) will continue to provide BD&L, M&A advisory, and MA consulting to its international clientele.
Pharmalicensing ONE (PhL1) is the successor of Russian Pharmalicensing Group, LLC (RPhG), established in Moscow by Mr.Vladimir Krasnikov, who empowers the company with 30+ years of business experience in marketing and sales management, BD&L, RA and МА at Fortune 500 companies (Johnson & Johnson, Roche, GE, and Glenmark).
2023 became a milestone year for our company. We experienced a growth for our services in the first half of the year when the international pharma industry demonstrated a bounce-back in sales after the completion of COVID isolation. RPhG expanded its activities in 2017–2022 to match the business demands of our partners, expanded its geographic business operations coverage, successfully completed a number of BD&L projects in the EU, South America, South Africa, APAC, and the former-USSR (including RA and M&A).
Productive and successful experience with our BD&L services coupled with our expansion in MENA, APAC, and RoW markets.
Our office in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, will continue to build momentum on that growth trend.
